The academy was organized by Uno.Cinco, The Latin American and Caribbean Energy Organization (OLACDE), and the Institute of International Studies at the University of Chile, with support from co-organizers: SEforALL, CAF, and the International Energy Agency (IEA).\n\n<strong>Highlights and Key Outcomes<\/strong>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Global Participation<\/strong>: With 3,474 participants from 56 countries, the Academy brought together youth, women, and professionals from various sectors, featuring 47% female representation and 1.8% non-binary participation.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Final Projects<\/strong>: 300 students developed projects to be published in an illustrated report on energy transition in 2025.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Regional Collaboration<\/strong>: Over 15 working groups analyzed the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) of 18 countries, promoting knowledge exchange and joint action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n<strong>High-Level Sessions and Featured Speakers<\/strong>\n\nThe Academy featured experts from international organizations such as OLACDE, SEforALL, CAF, and UNEP. Sessions addressed topics like energy poverty, energy efficiency, public policies, and decarbonization.\n\nNotable speakers included leaders like Andr\u00e9s Rebolledo, Executive Secretary of OLACDE; Rosa Garc\u00eda (SEforALL); Guido Maiulini (OLACDE); and Medardo Cadena, former Minister of Energy of Ecuador.
